Florence G’SELL is full professor of private law at the University of Lorraine and associate researcher at IHEJ. She began her professional life in the insurance industry before opting for an academic career. Since the beginning, her research has focused on issues of private law from a comparative perspective. Her most recent publications deal with the various issues raised by the digital transition. Florence holds the French “agrégation de droit privé” and is the co-director of the Chair Digital, Governance and Sovereignty at Sciences Po. Personal website: www.gsell.tech
Yann Algan is the Dean of the School of Public Affairs and Professor of Economics at Sciences Po. His research focuses on Digital Economy and Public Action 3.0. He also specializes on social capital and well‐being in relation to individual outcomes and economic behavior, with particular attention to the role of education, employment and institutions.
Yann Algan is a member of the OECD-hosted High-Level Expert Group on the Measurement of Economic Performance and Social Progress and the French Council of Economic Analysis. He is senior editor of the review Economic Policy.
