This seminar is offered as part of the course taught by David Roberts, Visiting Professor at PSIA, on “Security and Insecurity Studies in the Gulf” ■  Ali Al Saffar is the Middle East and North Africa Programme Manager at the International Energy Agency (IEA). ■ Dr David B Roberts is an Assistant Professor in the School of Security Studies at King’s College London and a Visiting Professor at PSIA, Sciences Po. David focuses on the international relations, security, and domestic politics of the Gulf monarchies.
