Cyberattacks and social media manipulation are the weapons of permanent instability, abolishing the distinction between war and peace. In this event, the panel will discuss how Cyber has become the modern way of pursuing politics through other means.

A panel discussion with :

  • Bernard Barbier, CEO, BBCyber; former technical director of the French External Intelligence Service
  • Camille François, Chief Innovation Officer, Graphika; co-author of a report for the US Senate on online political polarization (2018)
  • Jean-Louis Gergorin and Léo Isaac-Dognin, PSIA faculty member and PSIA alumni 
  • Marine Guillaume, in charge of Digital Affairs, Policy Planning Department, French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Chaired by Enrico Letta, Dean of Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs.
