This March 2019, Sciences Po marked the 14th anniversary of the Émile Boutmy scholarship for an evening celebrating excellence and diversity. It was an opportunity for Emile Boutmy scholars from the Paris campus to meet each other and Boutmy scholarship sponsors, including BNP Paribas, Chalhoub Group, Fondation RATP, L’Oréal, Total and private donors. Provost Bénédicte Durand, Kate Vivian, Deputy Director of International Affairs, and Nathalie Jacquet, Director of Strategy and Development, praised students’ ambition and determination, and wished them every success at Sciences Po.
Opening up to the territories that will forge the world of tomorrow is a major challenge for Sciences Po. 47% of its student body is made up of international students representing 150 nationalities. The multiculturalism and academic excellence of our student community contribute greatly to enhancing Sciences Po’s attractiveness on the world stage.
Sciences Po created the Emile-Boutmy scholarship, named after the founder of Sciences Po, in order to welcome the very best international students from outside the European Union. The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is awarded to top students whose profiles match the admissions priorities of Sciences Po and individual course requirements.
