Bio :

Quentin David is currently an Assistant-Professor (Maitre de Conférence) at LEM (UMR 9221), in the University of Lille 1. He holds a PhD in Economics (2009) from ECARES, Université Libre de Bruxelles. His thesis entitled "Five Essays on Human and Social Capital" has been written under the supervision of Etienne Wasmer from Science Po, Paris, and Mathias Dewatripont from ULB, Brussels. Afterwards, he completed a post-doc at the CREA, at the Université du Luxembourg between 2009 and 2013.

Quentin David's research interests include urban economics, labour economics and the economics of education. He also works on other topics with co-authors from other fields (political scientists and geographers).
