Maïva Ropaul is an Assistant Professor at the Université de Paris (LIRAES, Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire de Recherche Appliquée à l’Economie de la Santé). Her current research agenda focuses on surrogate medical decision-making. She is specialized in law and economics, health economics, and consumer research, with applications to economic analysis of liability rules and criminality, formal and informal provision of long-term care and consumer boycotts.
