LIEPP is pleased to support the organization of the annual conference of European Consortium for Sociological Research (ECSR) which takes place from 29 to 31 October 2018 at Sciences Po. 93 research institutions from 24 European countries are now members of ECSR.

The theme of the 2018 conference is :

Causes and Consequences of Inequalities in Europe

Most of the contemporary issues of sociology are addressed through several thematic sessions: inter-generational transmission, education systems, ethnic inequalities, gender inequalities, educational inequalities, income inequalities, residential inequalities, gender inequalities, health, discrimination at work, family, welfare state, fertility, social mobility, quality of life and old age, social reproduction, integration of immigrants...

Following the call for papers launched last January, 186 papers were selected for this edition, out of the 427 submitted. 34 posters will be exhibited in the Sciences Po lobby at 27 rue Saint-Guillaume.
