Masterclass - Understanding Public Policy in Times of Uncertainty and Crisis

Economic shocks, public health emergencies, climate disruption and geopolitical tensions: public decision-makers today operate in an environment marked by persistent uncertainty. How are public policies designed, negotiated and adjusted when circumstances continually evolve?
