Résumé:

Elément clivant d’un système politique, la question religieuse et/ou philosophique figure au centre des démocraties américaines et européennes. Le développement des biopolitiques, du pluralisme des convictions sur le devenir de la personne humaine, de la prise de parole « politique » par les cultes ou bien encore des phénomènes migratoires mondiaux porteurs de diversité pour les sociétés pose à nouveau la question de la nature de la relation du temporel au spirituel. Les partis politiques, à l’image de leurs sociétés, construisent une relation identitaire, coopérative, relativisée et/ou de sujétion à et pour la religion et recourent à des traitements différenciés suivant les cultes et les philosophies.
