Wu, Liangjian

Liangjian Wu, originaire de Chine a obtenu sa thèse sur le thème "Power Re-allocation in China’s Budgetary Reform and the Transition of its Constitutional and Administrative Structure: A Comparative Analysis with France and the US" sous la direction du Professeur Jean-Bernard Auby et la supervision des Professeurs Michel Bouvier et Philippe Bezès.

Liangjian a obtenu une maîtrise en droit public à l'Université de Pékin en 2014 sous la direction du Professeur Xixin Wang et une licence en droit à l'Université de Pékin en 2011. En 2009 et 2012, il était étudiant en échange à l’Université de Berkeley et à Sciences Po. Liangjian était chercheur invité au Harvard East Asian Legal Studies Center de 2015 à 2016.
