Liangjian WU, coming from Mainland China, is a Ph.D. candidate in public law in Sciences Po Paris since 2014. He is currently preparing a dissertation on “Power Re-allocation in Chinese and French Budgetary Reform and the Transition of their Constitutional Structures” under supervision of Professor Jean-Bernard Auby and Michel Bouvier.
Liangjian earned a Master Degree in Public Law in Peking University in 2014 under the direction of Prof. Xixin Wang, as well as a LLB degree in Peking University in 2011. He visited the law schools of U.C. Berkeley and Sciences Po. in 2009 and 2012, respectively.
Liangjian’s research interests lie in the public law, the budgetary reform and the public participation. From 2011 to 2014, he worked in the Center for Public Participation Studies and Supports (CPPSS) in Peking University as a research fellow.
