Portrait of Patricia Funk

Patricia Funk is Full Professor at the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI). Prior to joining USI, she was Associate Professor at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics. She is also a Research Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and a Fellow at USI's Institute of Economics (IdEP) and affiliated to USI's Center for Federalism (CF). Among her editorial activities, she is Associate Editor at the Economic Journal

Her research is on social incentives and behaviour, political institutions, and gender. Her work has been published in various international journals such as the Quarterly Journal of Economics, the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of the European Economic Association, the Economic Journal and Management Science
