bio

At a time when multi-activity, multi-skilling and project-based work are becoming increasingly popular, is it still possible to speak of a division of labor? Are professional groups still social constructs of reference for individuals? Léonie Hénaut uses qualitative and quantitative methods to study transformations in the workplace, and their impact on relations between professional groups and on the processes by which individuals identify with groups, in various fields - museums and cultural professions in France and the United States, integration and care coordination policies in France and the United Kingdom.
