  • Call for papers - Multi-level Governance and Partnership in EU Cohesion Policy

    In the framework of the Regional Studies Association research network on "Effectiveness, Added Value and Future of EU cohesion policy", the Institute for European Integration Reseach, the European Policies Research Centre and Sciences Po - CERI organise a first workshop on "Multi-level governance and partnership in EU cohesion policy" in Vienna on 29-39 November 2011.   • Call for papers - January 5, 2012

    CoesioNet together with EIF in Vienna and EPRC in Strathclyde organises a workshop on March 15, 2012 at CERI on "New territorial development model: macro-regions and cross-border cooperation". We welcome papers on the following five main issues:

     

    1. Cross-Border Cooperation and European Integration

    2. Cross-Border Dynamics as regards the knowledge economy

    3. Cross-Border Dynamics as regards the energy challenge

    4. Macro-Regions

    5. Cooperation along the Union’s External Borders

  • Call for papers - EU Cohesion policy at the crossroads: budget reform, geographical allocations and the performance turn in the 2014-2020 period

    The Regional Studies Association (RSA) Research Network on “Effectiveness,
    Added Value and Future of EU Cohesion Policy” invites contributions to its
    Third Workshop: “EU Cohesion policy at the crossroads: budget reform,
    geographical allocations and the performance turn in the 2014-2020 period.”
    The workshop will take place on 10-11 December 2012 at the European Policies
    Research Centre, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

    The workshop invites theoretical and empirical contributions which focus on
    the following themes:

    1.      The negotiation of the EU budget and the role of the EU as a
    budgetary authority;

    2.      The geographical allocation of Structural and Cohesion Funds
    resources;

    3.      The performance turn in EU Cohesion policy.

    Deadline for submission of abstracts: 31 October 2012.
     

  • First European seminar on cross border territories
