Luc Rouban is a CNRS-affiliated Senior Research Fellow at CEVIPOF-Sciences Po in Paris. His research focuses on the sociology of elites as well as transformations of democracy in France and Europe. He serves on the board of Public Management Review and on the Palgrave Foundations of Government and Public Administration series board.

He lectures in the Collège universitaire (undergraduate programme) and in the Executive Education section at Sciences Po on politics in France and in Europe, analysis of political attitudes and forces, and the vote and populism in France and in Europe.

She specializes in the study of political and civic attitudes and behaviour and has worked for many years on the phenomena involved in building political and social identities. Her current research focuses on the relationships between young people, politics and citizenship in France and beyond. Working on how socialization occurs, she explores the role of convictions and beliefs in the process and has measured how change occurs through generational renewal.

Actuellement, il étudie les moyens de réduire les préjugés partisans, raciaux, ethniques et autres.
