Hebatalla Taha
hebahtaha@gmail.comDr Hebatalla Taha is a Lecturer in International Relations at the Faculty of Humanities and the Leiden Institute for Area Studies (LIAS) of Leiden University. Before joining Leiden, she was a postdoctoral researcher at CERI in SciencesPo in the Nuclear Knowledges program, between November 2018 and January 2020. She also had a postdoctoral fellowship at the American University of Beirut (2018). In 2017, she obtained a DPhil from the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Oxford. Her research interests include political economy, development, as well as peace, conflict, and insecurity, focusing on the Middle East and North Africa.
