Sciences Po on Google Scholar
Use Google Scholar off campus and still take advantage of the library’s subscriptions.
Google Scholar (GS) is a Google search engine dedicated to academic sources, including peer-reviewed articles, gray literature and books.
Connecting to our subscriptions
To take advantage of the library’s subscriptions even when using Google Scholar off campus, go to Settings > Library links. Find Sciences Po in the list and check the boxe corresponding to our institution, then save.
You can also add additional libraries if you have other affiliations (CNRS, etc.) or other catalogues, like SUDOC or the ISTEX collection.
A link to our library resources will then appear next to the documents listed in your search results, when available, enabling you to easily connect to the content.
Exporting bibliographical references
To retrieve your bibliographical references in the correct format from the list of GS search results, go to Settings > Search results > Bibliography manager. Activate Show links and choose your preferred application, for example EndNote, then save.
The Import into Endnote button will then appear next to each document in your list of search results.
If you use Zotero, Google Scholar is automatically compatible, so no need to configure settings..
