Hugo Meijer, researcher at Sciences PO, will present the findings of his new book "Awakening to China's Rise. European Foreing and Security Policies Towards the People's Republic of China". 

​​​​​​Following the conference, we will have a debate among the participants to comment how European major powers, France, Germany and the United Kingdom, have reacted to China's rise, especially in the diplomatic and security fields.
