Hello to all,

As you may already know, a devastating earthquake hit Turkey and Syria this Monday. It is the deadliest earthquake the region has had to endure for a century, with more than 35,000 dead and tens of thousands of people still under the rubble. Rescue teams are already on their way or on-site, not to mention the mobilization of local and neighboring communities to save as many people as possible. 

In this critical context, Sciences Po Refugee has decided to join forces and raise funds to donate to La Cantine Syrienne's material collection appeal, with which first-aid materials will be purchased and sent to Syria throughout the week.

The collection is organized both on Internet via our donorbox campaign and on Sciences Po Paris campus, especially at La Péniche. 

Today, solidarity must not stay just a word, it must be embodied in gestures. The smallest gesture on your part can contribute to saving lives.
