Ronen Bergman, investigative journalist at The New York Times, expert of the history of the Israeli intelligence, author of "Rise and Kill First. The Secret History of Israel's Targeted Assassinations". Random House, 2018.

 

Recent revelations about the widespread acquisitions of the “Pegasus” spyware by governments around the world raise new questions about the export of surveillance technologies such as offensive cyber weapons and their role in states' foreign policies.
