Scholarships and financial aid for non-european students
Please note: Non-European Students are students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
The Emile-Boutmy Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded by Sciences Po to students, first time applicants, from outside the European Union who demonstrate academic excellence and fulfil the profile requirements.
The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship
Applicants for our two-year Master’s programmes who hold a nationality other than French, under 25 years of age. Priority given to candidates from emerging countries and above all those who are underrepresented in French universities and higher education institutions: Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe and new members of the EU and the Middle East.
The Mastercard Foundation Scholarships
The scholarships offered in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation are merit-based scholarships for students from sub-Saharan African countries who face financial and other barriers to higher education.
These highly selective scholarships are open to candidates applying to our Bachelor's programme, one of our seven graduate schools, or Sciences Po Summer School.

| Serge Bellanger Scholarship | American students who wish to pursue an MBA, a master's degree or a « mastère specialisé » in a business-related discipline in France (One-Year Master’s programmes at Sciences Po). |
| Franco-American Fulbright Commission | American students who intend to carry out a Masters or Doctorate in the United States of America. |
| Longview Scholarship in Honor of Jane Pumphrey Nes | American citizen student admitted in a Master programme at Sciences Po who show a deep interest in France and the French language. |
| Federal Direct Loans Program | Students of American nationality or students holding a Green card enrolled in a Master's degree at Sciences Po. |
| Sallie Mae Student Loans | American students or students with a Green card registered as undergraduate or Masters level students. |
Regarding Latin American countries, there are specific agreements between Sciences Po and different institutions such as COLFUTURO and CONAHCYT. According to the agreement, a 10% to 25% reduction in tuition fees can be granted.
Please note: This reduction cannot be combined with the Emile Boutmy scholarship, unless otherwise decided by the jury. In this case, the amount of the Emile Boutmy scholarship may change.

| Scholarship from the Fundaçâo Estudar (website in portuguese). | Brazilian students already enrolled at and in process of admissions to great institutions around the world. The "Líderes Estudar Fellowship" offers mentorship, professional support and financial aid to promising leaders in undergraduate, graduate or MBA programs. |
| Loan-scholarship programme COLFUTURO | Graduate students from Colombia who have been admitted to a two-year Master's programme at Sciences Po and who have been selected for a loan-scholarship by COLFUTURO, will get a 20% fee waiver for their tuition. A maximum of 5 eligible students is selected per year. |
| CONAHCYT Scholarship Programme | Students of Mexican nationality can benefit at the Master level from the scholarship program of the Mexican National Council of Humanities, Sciences and Technologies. An agreement between Sciences Po and CONAHCYT is being renewed. More details to come. |
| Hondo Futuro | Intended for Honduran students, the "Programa Crédito-beca (PCB)" provides financing for Master's and Doctorate studies abroad in all fields of study. The support mechanism is a loan-scholarship which is granted to the beneficiary to cover the costs of their study project for a maximum amount of USD 25,000 per year for a maximum period of two years. Funding applies to full-time, in-person programs only and selection is based on merit. |

| Inlaks Shivdasani Foundation scholarship | One scholarship per year for an Indian Master's student admitted at Sciences Po. The scholarship covers cost of living, a one way flight ticket and 50% of tuition fees. For their part, Sciences Po will provide a 50% fee waiver. |
| France Excellence Charpak scholarship programme | The French Embassy in India runs this scholarship dedicated to Indian students who wish to study in France at undergraduate or postgraduate level. |
| Loan-scholarships from the RD Sethna Foundation | Loan-scholarships for Indian students, which amount varies according to the course of study. |
