The parliamentary commission in charge of studying fiscal expatriation published this week it's final report, in which Pierre-Henri Bono and Etienne Wasmer are quoted on several times. Heard and questioned by Luc Chatel on May 13th, 2014, they exposed their results: there is no massive exodus of the most qualified from France.
