Sciences Po email accounts
As a member of Sciences Po faculty, you have a Google G Suite account which includes a sciencespo.fr gmail address.
This is the email account through which you will receive all important information regarding administrative matters, university life and the organisation of teaching, including any class cancellations or room changes.
LOGIN CREDENTIAL
As a teacher, as of now, you have a unique username.
Your Sciences Po email address firstname.lastname@sciencespo.fr, will give you access to:
- Your email address;
- Your online faculty account (Timetable, student list, attendance, grading, teaching certificates...);
- Wifi “Sciences Po secure”;
- Online library;
- Moodle and Zoom.
ACCESS YOUR EMAIL
To access your email, simply connect to Gmail with your Sciences Po email address: https://mail.google.com/

OBTAIN OR CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
The information required to activate your Sciences Po account is sent to your personal email address you gave during the recruitment process.
Your personal email address becomes your recovery address if you forget your password.
If you have not received the email, contact the helpdesk at sos@sciencespo.fr or on 01 45 49 77 99.
If you have forgotten or want to change your password: change your security details.

REDIRECT YOUR EMAIL
The Sciences Po administration communicates essentially through the firstname.lastname@sciencespo.fr address. We therefore recommend you redirect your messages to your personal email address so as not to miss any important business.
The Faculty Services Office can help you, or you can check out online help.
RECOVERY ADDRESS
Your recovery email address is the personal email address you gave during the hiring process. The information required to modify or reset your Sciences Po email password will be sent to this address.
If you would like to change your recovery email address: modify your security details.
LIFESPAN OF YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT
Your Sciences Po account is contingent on your being a member of faculty and remains active for 15 months after the end of the teaching semester.
Beyond this time, your email, contacts and drive will no longer be available.
