The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) of the Philippines has signed an agreement with Sciences Po to finance at least ten full scholarships for Filipino students admitted to Sciences Po at graduate level. Each scholarship covers tuition fees, living expenses, health insurance, the visa application and a return airfare ticket. As Adán Corral finishes the second semester of his Master’s in International Public Management at the Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs, he is coming close to completing an essential part of his studies.
The 27-year-old, born in Morelia, Mexico, has had a remarkably dynamic education: he has studied in both Mexico and China, and did internships in Iceland, Italy and Belgium. None of these international experiences would have been possible without financial support.
Romasha comes from Calcutta, Alleiah from Ahmedabad and Akhil from Hindupur.
All three are outstanding students who could not have come to study in France or at Sciences Po without the various types of financial aid they receive. In this video, they talk about their life in France and their plans for the future.

The US Sciences Po Foundation has just announced the introduction of the Stephen M. Kellen Scholarship. This merit-based scholarship is designed to attract the brightest and most deserving students to the dual Bachelor’s degree programme at Sciences Po and Freie Universität Berlin.
Nur Arafeh was recently selected as a 2017 Rhodes Scholar, and will pursue a Doctor of Philosophy degree in international development at Oxford University next fall. Arafeh is one of just three students who were selected from the region of Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine this year, which is the first year that the Rhodes Trust has awarded scholarships in that region.
On 28 November 2016, Sciences Po held a welcome breakfast for the 2016-2017 Eiffel Scholars at Sciences Po. This year’s recipients come from India, China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Russia, Brazil, Colombia, Israel and Palestine.
