The institutional project coordinated by François Cavalier and Stéphane Auzanneau aims to examine the comments and suggestions of Sciences Po employees with the aim of producing a document identifying the priorities for each department.

This unhurried and pragmatic process should enable us to examine such questions as whether our organisation makes it possible to handle across-the-board issues going beyond our original activities, or whether we have the right systems in place to allow these issues to be discussed between the different departments. 

The institutional project is a space for thinking about our values and a way of assimilating the strategy of Sciences Po after a period of major reforms, with the aim of ensuring that all players can fully play their role in supporting future changes.
