Through the Open Networks solution, the Executive Education Department organises individual coaching sessions conducted by certified, English-speaking coaches, themselves supported by Sciences Po's unique platform of training resources.

Coaches chosen on the basis of their skills, ethos and the diversity of their experience

The theoretical frameworks and tools used by the coaches - Jungian analysis framework, humanist psychology, systemic approach, socio-clinical approach - guarantee the professional underpinnings of the approach. Our coaches all undertake to respect the code of ethics formulated by Sciences Po, inspired directly by the ethics charter of the Société Française de Coaching.
