The Sciences Po Law School (SPLS) is composed by eighteen tenured professors, two associate professors and twenty-six visiting professors thus far. All of them share their time between teaching (undergraduate and graduate level) and research.

Research in law is built on three main pillars:

  • The Sciences Po Law School plans and organises various scientific seminars
  • The doctoral program, linked to both Doctoral School and the Law School which organises a general seminar, signs partnerships with foreign universities (Cornell, Francfort, Keio, Kyoto, McGill...) and is in negotiation with others.
  • The Centre on Changes in Governance and Public Law (MADP) which is part of the Sciences Po Law School develops a research agenda orientated towards public law.

In addition, more than hundred adjunct professors, who are at the same time lawyers, university professors, researcher, judges, etc. give lectures at SPLS.
