The CDSP (Centre for Socio-Political Data) is responsible for archiving and distributing socio-political data. The CDSP is a member of the Quetelet network whose mission among others is to aggregate French archives of Social Science data.

The Center for Socio-Political Data (CDSP) was created in 2005 by Sciences Po and CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research) and was set up to make data documented and validated by the academic community available to researchers and wider public.

Formerly headed by Alain Chenu, the centre is now headed by Laurent Lesnard. The team (12 persons in 2012) has gradually expanded and now includes two IT engineers and three statisticians specialized in sociological studies.
