    In his article “Imposing cooperation: application of EU cohesion policy’s partnership principle at the sub-national level in Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary”, Marcin Dabrowski analyses the question of transferability of the partnership principle, that is at the core of the cohesion policy, into the new Member States. By comparing institutional arrangements implemented in the territorial administration in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary, the article proposes an analysis of the capacity of the cohesion policy to promote an inclusive regional governance and cooperative behaviour in Central and Eastern Europe.
