The volume entitled "New paradigm in action - Recent developments and perspectives of regional policies" and coordinated by Maciej Kolczynski and Piotr Zuber is fueled by the discussions on the Barca report, on the EU budget review, on the Fifth report on economic, social and territorial cohesion and on the EU2020 Strategy and presents several contributions to the perspectives of regional policies in Europe.
